How We Started
Our journey began in 2019 when three educators in Leeds noticed a troubling pattern. Students graduating from secondary school had strong academic credentials but lacked basic financial skills. They couldn't budget, didn't understand credit, and felt overwhelmed by financial decisions.
What started as weekend workshops in a community center has grown into a comprehensive financial education programme serving hundreds of families across Leeds and surrounding areas.
We recognized that financial stress affects entire families, not just individuals. That's why we designed our courses to serve children, teenagers, adults, and even multi-generational family units working together toward shared financial goals.
